ABOUT JENNY
I’m a qualified professional leadership coach with over 20 years’ experience working across government and non-government organisations in complex leadership and management roles.
Much of my work has been alongside multicultural communities across areas like refugee and migration policy, humanitarian response, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, shaping my deep commitment to inclusive, people-centred leadership.
I have a healthy interest in world affairs, climate change, conflict and migration, and maintain hope in humanity. Central to all of my work have been the concepts of inclusion and connection, and importance of group dynamics, individual satisfaction and diplomacy.
I work with leaders who are seeking to make lasting, people-centred change, often in high-stakes and complex environments. I partner with you through kindness and curiosity, thinking alongside you to strengthen your critical thinking and build the confidence to lead well, so you can lead with greater clarity, influence, and integrity in the work that matters most to you.
I’ve lead teams and projects to achieve substantial changes to systems and processes, ensuring that the voice of people with lived experience is centralised in decision making, and influencing government policies and legislation to benefit communities and work with like-minded leaders to strengthen global humanitarian impact.
My current base is in regional South Australia, though I have a globalised mind and am a nomad at heart. I love travel, road trips, navigation, archaeological museums, human history, art galleries and the sea. In my non-coaching time I’m a cave diver and community speaker about International Humanitarian Law.
